POSTAGE / SHIPPING

Postage should follow within 3 – 7 days stock levels depending. Please note that lead times may apply on certain manufactured items.

Horse & Co makes use of Postnet Services for local deliveries and DHL across border the cost of which is for the buyers account.

Shipping/postage cost is calculated based on whichever is the greater, actual or volumetric weight. A small surcharge may apply for packaging.

You will be supplied with a tracking nr at the time of dispatch – please allow for 3 – 5 days then follow-up with the relevant service provider. Horse & Co accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels and highly recommends you request insurance on valuable items.

RETURN POLICY

Horse & Co holds a reasonable refund /exchange policy. We want our clients to be satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly consider a refund or exchange for any unused merchandise returned within 7 days of purchase upon production of your receipt, as long as the product(s) are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging.

Returns are to be repacked in suitable packaging and/or protective material to ensure it is not damaged during transport. Your refund or replacement options will be affected if the product and any branded product packaging is returned in a poor or unsellable condition, where a return is not due to a fault or error

We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. In this case please email info@horseandco.co.za prior to sending goods back.

Refunds will only be made directly to the original buyer and once funds received in lieu of the purchase has cleared in our account.
